Career Milestones

1998–2002: Early Advocate for Environmental Protection in the Lead Salt Era

Joined Zhejiang Juhua Plastic Company as a core technical member. When the industry heavily relied on lead salt stabilizers, he took the lead in promoting the application of "rare earth composite stabilizers," laying groundwork for greener solutions.

2002–2009: Breakthrough in Lead-Free Technology

Joined a Hangzhou additive company, leading the sales of "high-transparency methyl tin mercaptide thermal stabilizers." Focused on solving challenges like transparency and yellowing in PVC clear sheets, achieving light transmittance of over 90%, breaking EU and US technical monopolies. （Sales exceeded 200,000 tons, saving RMB 500 million in import costs.）

2009–Present: Integrating R&D and Production, Pioneering a New Chapter

Founded Hangzhou Deyan Company, leading R&D and sales of methyl tin mercaptide + organotin thermal stabilizers. Partnered with Yunnan Tin Industry to establish a R&D team and a new-product lab for calcium-zinc and other PVC thermal stabilizers.

Achieved "24-hour rapid response to customer needs" and led the development of stabilizer formulations suitable for Southeast Asia’s high-temperature and high-humidity environments, helping domestic stabilizers capture over 30% of the Indonesian and Thai markets.
