2002–2009: Breakthrough in Lead-Free Technology
Joined a Hangzhou additive company, leading the sales of "high-transparency methyl tin mercaptide thermal stabilizers." Focused on solving challenges like transparency and yellowing in PVC clear sheets, achieving light transmittance of over 90%, breaking EU and US technical monopolies. (Sales exceeded 200,000 tons, saving RMB 500 million in import costs.)
2009–Present: Integrating R&D and Production, Pioneering a New Chapter
Founded Hangzhou Deyan Company, leading R&D and sales of methyl tin mercaptide + organotin thermal stabilizers. Partnered with Yunnan Tin Industry to establish a R&D team and a new-product lab for calcium-zinc and other PVC thermal stabilizers.
Achieved "24-hour rapid response to customer needs" and led the development of stabilizer formulations suitable for Southeast Asia’s high-temperature and high-humidity environments, helping domestic stabilizers capture over 30% of the Indonesian and Thai markets.
